The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual responsible for a bank robbery in San Diego, California.

On December 30, 2017, at approximately 3:20 p.m., a lone Caucasian male entered the Vons grocery store located at 4725 Clairemont Drive, San Diego and robbed the Wells Fargo Bank inside the store. The man used a note to demand cash from the teller. No weapon was seen or used in the robbery. The robber received a sum of cash from the teller then fled the bank on foot.

Witnesses have described the robber as follows:

• Sex: Male
• Race: Caucasian
• Age: Late 20s – Early 30s
• Build/Weight: Average
• Height: Approximately 5’11”
• Other: Clean shaven
• Clothing: Dark colored sweatshirt, white shirt, red shorts, black sneakers, baseball cap
• Weapon: No weapon seen.
