FBI Announces Arrest of Rozarri Young

SACRAMENTO—On Friday, September 28, 2018, the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested Rozarri Young, 23, of Sacramento, for interstate transmission of a threat to injure with the intent to extort and interstate transmission of a threat to injure.

Young is alleged to have contacted the parent of Alycia Yeoman, who was reported missing on March 31, 2017, and claimed to have information about her location. During communication, Young allegedly indicated that she wanted to get paid or Alycia would be harmed.

Alycia Yeoman was found deceased in the Feather River near the Live Oak Recreational Park six weeks after her disappearance.

Young is also alleged to have contacted the parent of Lashaya Stine, who was reported missing on July 15, 2016, in Aurora, Colorado. During the communication, Young allegedly indicated that Stine owed her money and Stine was being held until payment was made.

Lashaya Stine remains missing.

Persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in court proceedings.
