UPDATE—Tips Lead to Reward Offer

FBI Richmond’s Central Virginia Violent Crimes Task Force is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for additional information that leads to the identification and arrest of the white male subject, nicknamed the “Dapper Dan Bandit,” responsible for the armed robbery of the First Community Bank in North Chesterfield, Virginia, on September 29, 2022.

“Dapper Dan Bandit”

Considered armed and dangerous.

  • Slender white male
  • 5’8 to 5’9”
  • 40 to 50 years old
  • Auburn/brown hair

At the time of the robbery, the subject wore a:

  • Light-colored dress shirt
  • Dark blue blazer/jacket
  • Khaki pants
  • Brown square-toed dress shoes
  • Gray five-panel/flat cap
  • Black “mechanics” gloves with lettering
