Inmates Receive Additional Sentences for Various Violations While Incarcerated
Darrell Branch, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Petersburg, Virginia was sentenced on March 1, 2023, to 32 months in prison for possession of contraband (suboxone).
Khalil Casey, an inmate at FCI Petersburg, was sentenced on February 28, 2023, to 15 months in prison for possession of contraband (weapon).
Damar Foster, an inmate at FCI Petersburg, was sentenced on February 21, 2023, to 12 months and one day for possession of contraband (weapon).
All sentences noted above will run consecutive to their current sentences.
