Search Warrant of Club Rouge Executed Wednesday by Child Exploitation Task Force

On Wednesday, November 16, 2016, the Portland FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force (CETF) and the Portland Police Bureau Entertainment Detail executed a state search warrant at Club Rouge at 403 SW Stark Street in Portland, Oregon. The warrant was filed in Multnomah County based on an investigation by Beaverton Police Department in an underage minor sex trafficking case.

This search warrant is part of an ongoing investigation into the sexual exploitation of minors and is a follow-on to Operation Cross Country X (10), which is a program spearheaded by the FBI and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to target the criminal enterprises responsible for the commercial sex trafficking of children. One of the goals of Operation Cross Country is to raise public awareness about the seriousness of child sexual exploitation and how it takes strong partnerships to protect young people from being trafficked.

Portland FBI’s CETF consists of agents and task force officers from Beaverton Police Department, Portland Police Bureau, Tigard Police Department, Hillsboro Police Department, and Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. The FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force is committed to locating and arresting those who prey on children, as well as recovering underage victims of sex trafficking and child pornography.
