FBI and Verona Police Department Seek the Public’s Assistance in Identifying Verona Bank Robber

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Pittsburgh Division and the Verona Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the unknown male responsible for robbing the First National Bank, 74 Allegheny River Boulevard, Verona, PA, on May 1, 2017.

At approximately 3:25 p.m., the robber entered the bank brandishing a silver revolver then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported. A reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect.

The robber is described as follows:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Unknown
  • Build: Slim
  • Height: 5’8”—5’9”
  • Weight: 140—150 pounds
  • Age: 30—40
  • Clothing: Gray windbreaker-type hoodie, dark pants, dark gloves, dark shoes.
