PHOENIX, AZ—On Monday, October 23, 2017, the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Kip Lessard, 26, without incident at his home in Chandler, Arizona.

Lessard is charged in a federal criminal complaint with 16 robberies associated with the Fashion Forward bandit series where the suspect targeted banks, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and a pet store. Lessard was transferred to the custody of the U.S. Marshals October 24, 2017.

The FBI would like to thank the Peoria Police Department, Chandler Police Department, Glendale Police Department, Tempe Police Department, Scottsdale Police Department, Surprise Police Department, Gilbert Police Department, and the Mesa Police Department. We would also like to thank the media and the public for their assistance with this case.
