Applications are now being accepted for FBI Philadelphia’s 2016 Teen Academy, which will be held on Wednesday, August 17 at the Philadelphia Field Office. Teen Academy is a one-day program for high school students who are interested in learning more about the FBI and what we do.

This year’s attendees will get an inside look at our national security, cyber, and violent crime programs. Presentations will also highlight the Philadelphia Division’s Critical Response groups, which include weapons of mass destruction and hazardous materials, crisis negotiation, the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, and the Evidence Response Team (ERT).

We’re looking for students between the ages of 14-18 who have leadership qualities and are in good academic standing. Interested students should download and complete the application form, which includes a parental release, and follow the instructions on page 2. Please note that a brief essay is required of all applicants.
