Robbery of TD Bank Branch in Philadelphia Wednesday

The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for yesterday’s robbery of the TD Bank branch located at 2653 South 5th Street.

At approximately 3:22 p.m. on October 14, 2015, the subject entered the bank and handed a teller a demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled on foot and was last seen heading east on Oregon Avenue.

The subject is described as a black male in his 30s, approximately 5’5” to 5’9” tall, medium build, with eyeglasses. He wore a black and white jacket, a black and white Nike cap, and dark-colored pants and shoes.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There is a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
