Robbery of Prudential Bank Branch in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery on September 8 of the Prudential Bank branch located at 1722 South Broad Street.

At approximately 10:30 a.m., the subject entered the bank and handed a teller a demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank.

The subject is described as a white male approximately 20-25 years old and 5’7”-5’8” tall, medium build, with short dark hair and a stubbly beard. He was wearing a red T-shirt with black chevron stripes on the front, red shorts, yellow socks, and white sneakers.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
