Armed Robbery of Citizens Bank Branch in Warwick Township

The Warwick Township Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the armed robbery today of the Citizens Bank branch located at 2395 York Road in Jamison, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

At approximately 2:56 p.m., the subject entered the bank brandishing a small black handgun. As he neared the teller line, he fired into the ceiling and made a verbal demand for money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled on foot behind a nearby Giant Food store. No one was physically injured in the robbery.

The subject’s head and much of his face were concealed by a hood and dark-colored scarf, or similar covering. He is described as a white male, approximately 6’0” tall, wearing a heavy Carhartt-style work jacket, jeans, dark-colored boots, and gloves. He may have red stains on his skin and/or clothing.

There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
