Man Sentenced for Distributing Meth to a Minor

United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Benjamin Fuller, 38, of Pender, Nebraska, was sentenced on April 26, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for distribution of meth to a minor. Chief United States District Court Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., sentenced Thomas to one year and one day of imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After Fuller’s release from prison, he will begin a 6-year term of supervised release.

In October 2021, law enforcement officers responded to a rollover car accident outside of Walthill, Nebraska. The driver was identified as Benjamin Fuller and the passenger was a 16-years-old female. Fuller had a warrant for his arrest and the minor was listed as a missing runaway. When the minor was taken into custody, it was discovered that she had a bag with meth in it. The minor later informed law enforcement that Fuller gave the baggie of meth to her after the accident.  

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
