FBI Offers Reward of up to $5,000 for Information Leading to the Arrest of a Federal Fugitive

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest, prosecution, and conviction of Shaquan Lamar Cypress who was indicted on federal drug trafficking and firearms charges on August 12, 2019, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Newport News Division. A warrant for his arrest has been issued by the court, but he has not been apprehended.

Cypress is wanted on charges related to his involvement in an alleged conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine, and Oxycodone in the Hampton area.

Cypress is 26 years old, and described as a black male, approximately 6’1” tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

This case is being investigated by the FBI’s Peninsula Safe Streets Task Force.
