FBI, NYPD Seeking Information on Violent Armed Bank Robber Today in Queens

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the New York City Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual responsible for a bank robbery earlier today in Queens. The armed robber entered the Capital One Bank located at 216-19 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, New York. The subject passed a demand note, threatened to shoot the teller, and displayed a black handgun in his waistband. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the subject was fled on foot headed west on Jamaica Avenue.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the New York City Police Department are seeking the publics assistance in identifying an individual responsible for a bank robbery earlier today in Queens.

The suspect was described as a black male, average height, age late 40s to early 50s, medium build, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black Kangol hat, dark glasses, a blue and white striped short-sleeved button-down shirt, and black pants.
