Livonia Man Arrested, Charged with Possession of Child Pornography
BATON ROUGE—On April 11, 2019, the FBI Baton Rouge Resident Agency, Louisiana State Police, Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, Livonia Police Department, Point Coupee Sheriff’s Office, East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations arrested Brian David Lemoine, charging Lemoine with possession of child pornography.
After a joint federal and state investigation, Brian Lemoine, white male, age 37, and a resident of Livonia, Louisiana, was arrested on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at approximately 9:50 a.m. in the Point Coupee area. In conjunction with a federally executed search warrant, Lemoine was found to be in possession of several thousand images depicting pornography involving juveniles, to include at least 500 images of juveniles under the age of 13.
Lemoine was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Point Coupee Parish Jail. He was subsequently charged with 500 counts of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles under Louisiana Revised Statue 14:81.1.
