Director Comey Visits FBI Mobile Field Office
Meets with Law Enforcement Partners
On December 2, FBI Director James B. Comey briefed members of the media; United States Attorney’s Office; and leaders from state, local, and other federal law enforcement agencies in lower Alabama. The law enforcement leaders discussed matters of mutual interest affecting law officers in Alabama and around the country and how the FBI can continue to work together to be a good partner.
The visit was the 54th stop in Director Comey’s goal of visiting every FBI office. He briefed the Alabama law enforcement delegation on the significant threats the FBI faces. Locally, the Director praised the close working relationships between the FBI and other federal, state, and local law enforcement.
