FBI is Seeking the Public’s Help Identifying a Deceased Man

The FBI is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was found deceased in a wooded area in Porcupine, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation. The unidentified body was found on August 20, 2016 wearing white tennis shoes (size 10), blue sweat pants, and a grey FGCU (Florida Gulf Coast University) T-shirt.

This individual had three tattoos. One tattoo located on the left shoulder (native male face with downward feather), one tattoo on the right shoulder (“SKYE” with broken heart), and one tattoo on the right upper arm (a tribal flag symbol depicting eight teepees inside a two ringed circle). He is further described as follows:

Height:  5’9” to 5’10” tall
Weight: 180 to 200 pounds
Age: 30s to 40s
Hair: black with some grey, shoulder length
