FBI and Milwaukee Police Department Ask for Public’s Assistance to Identify Bank Robber

MILWAUKEE, WI—FBI Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who committed a bank robbery one year ago.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed this robbery.

The robbery occurred at approximately 4:49 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at the PNC Bank located at 1930 E. North Avenue on Milwaukee’s east side. During the robbery, the subject entered the bank, approached a teller, implied he had a firearm and demanded cash. The subject fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.

The subject is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, approximately 5’10” tall and weighing 175 pounds. During the robbery, he wore a blue floppy hat, black sunglasses, a white hospital mask, a tan button up long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Earlier in the day, the subject was seen riding a Milwaukee County Transit System bus and at McDonald’s where he was seen wearing a pink button up long-sleeved shirt and a dark baseball hat.
