The FBI announces the arrest of Davion Eugene Clark, 25, of Miami Gardens, Florida, for his alleged involvement in the robberies of a TD Bank branch at 16200 NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida, and a Chase Bank branch at 175th NW 199th Street, Miami, Florida. Both robberies occurred on March 28, 2019.

The arrest was made without incident in Miami Gardens by the FBI on Friday evening, March 29, 2019.

Investigators believe this individual is the Stopwatch Bandit.

Clark is in federal custody and is facing federal charges. Details about his initial appearance in federal court are forthcoming. The complaint detailing the charges can be found in PACER under the Southern District of Florida in due time.

The Miami Gardens Police Department, Miami Dade Police Department, the South Florida Violent Crime Task Force, and the FBI continue their investigation.
