FBI Seeks the Public's Assistance in Locating Fugitive Leo Bibbs, III

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Memphis Field Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Leo Bibbs, III, a known member of the Young Mob street gang, for his alleged involvement in a drug distribution ring that operated out of Memphis, Tennessee, from March of 2016 to March of 2017. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Leo Bibbs, III.
