Today, July 1, 2020, SAC Brown participated in a conference call facilitated by Game Changers’ Christopher 2X. Speaking with young adults and U.S. Senator Rand Paul afforded us the opportunity to start a broader conversation with the public on the FBI’s role in investigating Civil Rights complaints, to include our most recent incidents in Kentucky. It also provided an opportunity to discuss the Kentucky Public Corruption and Civil Rights Task Force, consisting of the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, Kentucky State Police, Louisville Metropolitan Police Department, and the FBI. While we recognize there is much more work needed to be done, we are grateful for their willingness to open the lines of communication.
