Partner today with the FBI to help us diversify our special agent workforce. Through the Diversity Agent Recruitment (DAR) Program, we want to collaborate with your organization to attract diverse, qualified applicants to the special agent role.

Our special agents come from all walks of life. They are computer scientists, engineers, lawyers, pilots, military veterans, detectives, and accountants. We train them to interrogate suspects, investigate foreign spies, and infiltrate organized crime. They serve on SWAT teams, track cyber thieves, and supervise complex terrorism investigations. Above all, they uphold the rule of law, defend civil rights and civil liberties, and protect the innocent. For more information about the role, go to www.FBIjobs.gov.

To participate in DAR, please share the special agent qualifications and requirements with candidates who you know to have deep personal integrity, a commitment to this country, and the ability to connect with communities we serve.

To apply to participate in DAR, please instruct candidates to do the following:

Step 1: Start by submitting your profile and resume through the DAR Talent Network for Los Angeles. You must Register Now or Login using your existing applicant account.

Step 2: Copy and paste resume text or use an existing resume.

Step 3: Complete your profile if establishing your account for the first time.

Step 4: Complete the Pre-application Questionnaire.

Step 5: Complete the Application Questionnaire and submit your interest in attending the information session.

Attendees will travel at their own expense. If you are unable to attend the information session, we still encourage you to apply for the special agent position using DAR2017LA as your provided referral code.

We will invite qualified candidates to a regional information session to learn more about this mission critical position. For those who choose to continue in the hiring process, we will provide additional guidance.
