FBI, Safe Streets Task Force Seeking Information About a Bank Robbery Suspect

KNOXVILLE, TN—Investigators are searching for clues in a downtown bank robbery last week. FBI Agents and Task Force Officers uncovered new video and photos of the man believed to have robbed the U.S. Bank on Market Street on June 28.

Agents discovered the man in video surveillance aboard public transportation around the same time as the bank robbery, after leaving the bank on foot. No one was injured.

Witnesses estimate he is 40 to 45 years old and stands 6'2” tall.
