FBI Offers Reward of up to $10,000 for Information Regarding the Homicide of Henry Hampton

The FBI and the Kansas City Missouri Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Henry Hampton, 34.

Hampton’s body was discovered on August 4, 2020 when police responded to the Alcazar Apartments at 105 West 39th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, on a reported homicide. Upon arrival, officers identified the victim, who was deceased from apparent gunshot injuries.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for his murder. Anyone with information is asked to call 816-474-TIPS or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov. This reward is separate from any reward being offered by the Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers.

The FBI, working with our partners, continue to identify violent offenders within Kansas City as part of Operation Legend and are relying on the community to come forward with information needed to bring those individuals responsible for the death of Henry Hampton to justice.
