The Littleton Police Department and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force are investigating a bank robbery.

  • TCF Bank
  • 7901 South Broadway (Inside King Soopers)
  • Littleton, Colorado
  • December 26, 2017, 3:15 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white male, 50 to 60 years of age, approximately 5’11” tall, 160 pounds, with a medium build, and what appears to be an “LBC” tattoo on the left side of his neck. The suspect was wearing a gray ski hat, red “Georgia” hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and sunglasses.

During the robbery, the suspect verbally demanded and received money, and fled the bank on foot.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
