The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, Arvada and Lakewood Police Departments Need Your Help Identifying a Bank Robber Dubbed the 'Pom Pom Bandit.'

The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, Arvada and Lakewood Police Departments need your help identifying a bank robber dubbed the “Pom Pom Bandit.” The banks where the robberies occurred are:

Chase Bank
8155 Sheridan Boulevard 
Arvada, Colorado
February 15, 2019, 4:20 p.m.

First Bank
3500 South Wadsworth Boulevard 
Lakewood, Colorado
February 19, 2019, 3:30 p.m.

First Bank
550 South Wadsworth Boulevard 
Lakewood, Colorado
February 22, 2019, 12:00 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 6’0” to 6’3” in height with reddish blond hair.

The suspect entered each bank and robbed them using a demand note, and fled on foot.

Please be on the lookout for anyone matching the suspect’s description. Be aware of anyone similar who might have recently changed their spending habits or discussed coming into money suddenly.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
