The FBI is Seeking the Public’s Assistance Regarding Bank Robberies in Broomfield and Lone Tree

The Lone Tree and Broomfield Police Departments and FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force are investigating the following bank robberies:

  • US Bank (inside Safeway)
    9229 East Lincoln Avenue
    Lone Tree, Colorado
    10/31/17, 6:10 p.m.
  • US Bank (inside Safeway)
    3602 West 144th Avenue
    Broomfield, Colorado
    04/12/18, 6:30 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 20 to 25 years old, 5’2” to 5’8” tall, weighing between 110 to 130 pounds.

In the Lone Tree robbery, the suspect was seen wearing a masquerade mask, wig, and hooded cloak.

In the Broomfield robbery, the suspect was seen wearing a black ski hat, green wig, sunglasses, face mask, and black jacket.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
