The FBI Denver Division, in partnership with our federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, cordially invites local media and those interested in careers in law enforcement to our Recruiting Women into Law Enforcement event being held at the Pepsi Center in Denver on March 23, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. The event is aimed at recruiting female applicants from a variety of backgrounds into careers in law enforcement. The FBI is specifically targeting professionals with skills or backgrounds in: law enforcement; military veterans; education/teaching; accounting/finance; STEM; Linguists/foreign language proficiency; legal/criminal investigations; psychology/counseling; cybersecurity/technology, and healthcare services/medical.

The event will provide attendees with the opportunity to participate in discussions with FBI special agents and professional staff, along with other federal special agents, police officers, sheriff’s deputies, and various law enforcement professionals. Attendees will be afforded first-hand knowledge about training requirements, general law enforcement career experiences, and learn what to expect in a career in law enforcement.
