Lone Tree Bank Robbery

The Lone Tree Police Department and FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force are investigating the following bank robbery:

9229 East Lincoln Avenue                            
Lone Tree, Colorado                                      
October 31, 2017, 6:10 p.m.                                        

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 20-25 years old, 5'2 to 5'3" tall, and weighing 110 to 120 pounds. The suspect was seen wearing a Masquerade mask, black wig, and hooded cloak.

The suspect demanded money from bank employees, received money, and was seen fleeing the area and entering the rear passenger side door of a 2004-2008 silver Grand Prix sedan being driven by a heavy built white male wearing a bright green t-shirt. No one was injured.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
