FBI Dallas Announces Arrest of Bank Robbery Suspects
DALLAS, TX—Two suspects responsible for the July 19, 2018 attempted robbery of Veritex Bank, at 2424 Merrick Street in Fort Worth, are now in custody. Three individuals were initially detained and questioned soon after the attempted robbery. It was determined that one of these individuals was involved in the attempted robbery and the others were released. Today, the second suspect was arrested at a separate location by the FBI and Fort Worth Police.
No further details will be released at this time due to the continuation of the investigation. Any questions regarding the victims will not be addressed out of respect for their privacy.

These suspects have been charged in a criminal complaint, filed in federal court. A complaint is only an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
