Federal Arrest Warrant Announced for Juarvez Whitfield Neeley

A federal arrest warrant was obtained for Juarvez Whitfield Neeley, age 22, on May 7, 2020 for unlawfully, knowingly and intentionally, interfering with commerce by threat of violence and for using and brandishing a firearm during and in the commission of a violent crime.

On March 29, 2020, officers with the Toledo Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery with two people being shot at 3740 North Summit Street, Toledo, Ohio, the Marina Market.

The two wounded victims reported to law enforcement that two armed black males entered the store, one unknown armed black male approached the counter, demanded money and ultimately shot both victims.

A Toledo Police Officer and numerous tips received identified one of the unknown suspects as Juarvez Whitfield Neeley.

On May 15, 2020, Neeley was placed into custody without incident by the United States Marshals Service.

Law enforcement continues to seek information regarding the second suspect. Tips can be provided to the FBI and can remain anonymous.
