FBI Seeks Assistance to Identify Potential Witness
The FBI is looking to identify the individual seen in the attached photographs with a backpack and a dog. On November 8, 2021, at approximately 10:20 a.m., the individual was observed communicating with another person outside of the Franklin County Common Pleas Courthouse at 345 South High Street in Columbus, Ohio.

The individual in question appears to be wearing a backpack and was also with a small dog on a leash. This person is not a suspect in a criminal investigation, but may have information that could be helpful to investigators.
