Young Bloods Fugitive Steven C. Touch Arrested

Last night at approximately 7:30 p.m., the FBI’s North Shore Gang Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police Special Tactical Operations Team arrested Steven C. Touch in Lynn, Massachusetts. Touch is an alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating in and around Lynn. Touch is scheduled to appear in Middlesex Superior Court later this morning.

On June 15, 2017, Touch, also known as “Kevin Touch,” “Fat Boy,” and “C Sick” was indicted by a grand jury in Middlesex County, along with two other associates for his involvement in a 2012 home invasion in Billerica, Massachusetts, resulting in the murder of the victim. He is charged with murder in the first degree, home invasion, attempt to commit armed robbery, and two counts of conspiracy. Prior to that, an arrest warrant was issued on January 10, 2017, by Middlesex Superior Court for Touch after he failed to appear in court on the following charges: possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a loaded firearm, and defacing a serial number on a firearm. Subsequently, on May 22, 2017, another arrest warrant was issued for him out of U.S. District Court in Boston, Massachusetts for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Following his capture, Touch was taken to the Lynn Police Department, where he was booked and was later transferred to custody of the Billerica Police Department.

Last June, the FBI’s North Shore Gang Task Force announced it was offering a monetary reward of up to $10,000 for information leading his arrest. However, no reward money will be paid.

The North Shore Gang Task Force. along with the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and local police officers. searched intensively for Touch, who was believed to be moving from address to address frequently.
