Fugitive on Atlanta's Most Wanted List in Custody

UPDATE—Cedric Deon Cauley, 22, of Atlanta, turned himself in to a member of the FBI led Atlanta Metro Major Offenders (AMMO) Task Force on February 23, 2018. Cauley is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Armed Robbery, and Possession of a Firearm or Knife During Commission of a Felony and is currently being held at the Fulton County Jail.

The public should be reminded that the above are merely allegations and that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

FBI Seeks Public's Help Finding Fugitive Wanted for Robbery

ATLANTA—-David J. LeValley, special agent in charge, FBI Atlanta Field Office, and Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields, request the public’s assistance in locating Cedric Deon Cauley, 22, who is wanted for Armed Robbery.

According to Atlanta Police, on January 16, 2018 at about 9:45 a.m., Cauley robbed a 20-year old female Atlanta Technical College student at gunpoint after she left school and stopped at a corner store located at 1407 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta. Before the victim entered the store she was approached by Cauley, who was armed with a black handgun, wearing a black hoodie and gray sweat pants. The suspect took the student’s phone and book bag and ran.

Cauley is on the Atlanta Police Department’s Most Wanted list and should be considered armed and dangerous.
