FBI Seeks Public's Help Identifying Violent Armed Robbery Crew

ATLANTA—David J. LeValley, special agent in charge, FBI Atlanta Field Office, is asking for the public's help identifying the individuals responsible for eight business robberies in a little over two weeks this past month.

The suspects have physically assaulted store employees, forced them to the ground, pointed weapons, and fired them in the direction of employees.

Between January 8, 2018 and January 23, 2018, as many as three male suspects robbed the following businesses at locations across the Atlanta Metropolitan area:

  • On January 8, 2018, the Family Dollar store located at 4960 Roosevelt Highway, Union City, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by three unidentified black males.
  • On January 12, 2018, the Family Dollar store located at 3985 Flat Shoals Road, Union City, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by at least two males.
  • On January 14, 2018, the Family Dollar store located at 1163 West Avenue, Conyers, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by two males.
  • On January 18, 2018, the Waffle House restaurant located at 766 DeKalb Industrial Way, Decatur, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by one male.
  • On January 18, 2018, the Waffle House restaurant located at 4274 Lavista Road, Tucker, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by a lone male.
  • On January 19, 2018, the Family Dollar store located at 4226 Washington Road, East Point, GA was robbed at gunpoint by two males.
  • On January 23, 2018, the CVS Pharmacy located at 5764 Peachtree Boulevard, Chamblee, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by three males.
  • On January 23, 2018, the Walgreens located at 7530 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint by three males.

The suspect's descriptions in all eight robberies are similar, including the clothes they were wearing:

Robber #1: B/M wearing a black skull cap, red scarf covering his face, a brown and plaid striped jacket, and black pants.

Robber #2: B/M wearing a black mask, black hoodie with the words "Been Broke Before", and red sweat pants.

Robber #3: B/M wearing a black fitted cap, hoodie, gray pants with rips, and black and white shoes.
