Randy K. Lovett, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested on a federal complaint charging him with bank robbery.

Lovett had an initial appearance in U.S. District Court on Friday, April 21, 2017.

Lovett was arrested by the Albuquerque Police Department on Thursday, April 20, 2017, and turned over to the FBI.

Lovett was charged in connection with the robbery on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, of Bank of America, 7644 Jefferson St. NE., Albuquerque.

The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
