FBI Media Alert: Man with Black Beard Robs Albuquerque Bank

A man with a black beard and wearing a dark jacket robbed an Albuquerque bank Tuesday morning, March 6, 2018.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s, approximately 5'2” to 5'6” tall, with a medium build.

He had a full black beard and wore sunglasses, a black zip-up jacket, a black baseball cap, and dark jeans.

At approximately 9:45 a.m., the suspect entered Bank of the West, located at 500 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.

He presented a demand note to a teller, who handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect.

The suspect fled across the parking lot and down an alley.

The FBI may pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
