FBI Media Alert: Man Wearing Blue Baseball Cap, Gray Hoodie Robs Albuquerque Bank

An unknown Hispanic man wearing a royal blue Adidas baseball cap and a gray ECKO hoodie robbed a northeast Albuquerque bank on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.

The robbery occurred at Wells Fargo, 1800 Eubank Boulevard NE, at approximately 4:36 p.m.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic male in his 30s, approximately 5'8 tall.

He wore a royal blue Adidas baseball cap, a gray ECKO hoodie with a rhino logo, gray shorts, white high-top tennis shoes, and a black mask.

The suspect entered the bank and made a verbal demand for money from a teller.

The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect, who left the bank and was seen walking north on Eubank Boulevard.

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are investigating.
