Randy Matthew Peraza, 47, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was arrested on a federal probable cause complaint for the robbery of a bank in Roswell, New Mexico, on March 13, 2020.

Peraza is accused of robbing Pioneer Bank, 306 North Pennsylvania Avenue, at approximately 10:30 a.m.

The Roswell Police Department arrested Peraza soon after the robbery and the FBI took custody of him.

No one was injured.

Peraza is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Roswell on Monday.

The public is reminded all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
