FBI Media Alert: FBI Arrests Suspect in Ramah Navajo Reservation Assault

Nathan Singer Lee, 26, has been charged federally with assault resulting in bodily injury in connection with an incident that occurred on the Ramah Navajo Reservation in New Mexico on February 1, 2020.

The FBI arrested Lee in Gallup, New Mexico, on February 7, 2020.

Lee, of the Ramah Navajo Reservation, had an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque on February 10, with a preliminary/detention hearing set for February 11.

The Ramah Navajo Police Department is assisting with the investigation.

The FBI criminal complaint is attached.

Charges in criminal complaints are only accusations. The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
