FBI, Albuquerque Police Still Looking for Pinstripe Suit Bandit

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are still looking for a man who wore a gray pinstripe suit when he robbed a northeast Albuquerque bank on May 21, 2018.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s, approximately 5'8" tall, with dark brown hair, a thin mustache, and a skinny build.

He wore a gray suit with pinstripes, a white dress shirt, black frame glasses with clear lenses, and black tennis shoes.

At approximately 4:33 p.m., the suspect entered Bank of America, 5600 Lomas Boulevard, NE, and passed a demand note and a bag to a teller.

The suspect also lifted his jacket to reveal a pistol in a holster on his belt.

The teller put an undisclosed amount of money into the bag and handed it to the suspect, who left the bank and was seen walking south on La Veta Drive.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact the FBI at (505) 889-1300, or Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at (505) 843-STOP.

The FBI may pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
