FBI Media Alert: Have You Seen the Ringed Renegade? He’s Wanted for a Bank Robbery in Santa Fe

The FBI and Santa Fe Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the Ringed Renegade, who robbed the Guadalupe Credit Union located at 1101 Don Diego Avenue, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Suspect’s description:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Hispanic
  • Height: Approximately 5’6”
  • Build: Large
  • Other Identifying Factor: Tattoo underneath right eye
  • Clothing: Black hooded jacket, black and green shirt, black baggy pants, black & white shoes, white socks, rings on fingers

The suspect entered the Credit Union and brandished a black handgun and demanded money from the teller. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect. The suspect left the Credit Union on foot.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.

Bank robbery carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years. The use of a gun, other dangerous weapon, toy gun, or hoax bomb device during the commission of a bank robbery can be punishable by a prison term of up to 25 years.
