John A. Barrios, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Cincinnati Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), today announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Andre Martin Brown, a.k.a. “Paco.”

Brown is a known associate of the Short North Posse street gang in Columbus, Ohio, and was indicted in the Southern District of Ohio on October 20, 2014. As part of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) conspiracy, Brown is wanted for the following violations:

• 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d)—one count, racketeering conspiracy
• 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)—three counts, use of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime
• 21 U.S.C. § 846—one count, attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine
• 21 U.S.C. §846 and 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(D)—one count, attempted possession with intent to distribute marijuana
• 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(D)—three counts, possession with intent to distribute marijuana

Andre Martin Brown is a 33 year old African-American male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’7” tall and weighs 215 pounds. On his left upper arm, he has a tattoo with the words “World Is Mine” and a picture of the Earth. On his left forearm is a tattoo with the letter “G” and the infinity symbol. Brown was last known to reside in Columbus, Ohio and should be considered armed and dangerous.
