BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Deandre Sparks, a/k/a Dee Dee, 24, of Buffalo, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of crack cocaine, was sentenced to time served (16 months) by Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy C. Lynch, who handled the case, stated that between June 2013 and February 25, 2014, the defendant possessed and distributed crack cocaine.
