Buffalo Woman Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Charges

BUFFALO, NY—U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Paula Frazier, 50, of Buffalo, N.Y., pleaded guilty before District Judge Richard J. Arcara to cocaine charges. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael L. McCabe, who is handling the case, Frazier allowed her son, Anthony Frazier, to use her East Amherst St. residence to store, manufacture and distribute cocaine between 2007 and 2009.
Anthony Frazier, who was convicted of cocaine trafficking, was sentenced to 17 years in prison in November 2010.
The plea is the culmination of an investigation on the part of special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Christopher M. Piehota.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 16, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. before Judge Arcara.
