FBI Searches for Stolen Vehicle Believed Tied to Bank Robbery

BOSTON, MA—The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Massachusetts State Police are searching for a vehicle that was stolen after a January 4, 2010 bank robbery in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Stolen Vehicle:

Make & Model:  Volvo X90 SUV
Year: 2007
Color: Burgundy
Registration: MA 75XX90

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Monday, January 4, two subjects robbed the Bank of America on Moody Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The subjects drove north on Route 128 into Lexington, Massachusetts, where they abandoned their vehicle and fled on foot. Benjamin Michaud was apprehended by Lexington Police. The second subject allegedly broke into a home in Lexington and stole the Burgundy Volvo SUV.  The second subject is still at large and described as follows:

Age: Mid-30's
Height: 6'
Weight: Medium to muscular build
Misc: Last seen wearing khaki pants with dark colored top
