The FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of a man believed to be responsible for six armed robberies at cell phone stores in the Baltimore area. Investigators say the most recent robbery was at the Cricket Wireless store at 3226 Greenmont Avenue in Baltimore on August 10. They say he may also be responsible for robberies at the below listed stores:

• July 20 – Cricket Wireless, 2446 North Charles Street, Baltimore
• July 23 – Metro PCS, 3832 Liberty Heights Ave., Baltimore
• July 27 – Metro PCS, 5510 ½ Harford Road, Baltimore
• August 1 – Metro PCS, 1134 South Charles Street, Baltimore
• August 6 – Metro PCS, 4424 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore
• August 10 – Cricket Wireless, 3226 Greenmount Avenue, Baltimore

Witnesses describe him as a black man, about 40 to 45-years-old, about 160 pounds, with a medium build and complexion. He’s been seen wearing eyeglasses, as well as baseball caps during the robberies. In one robbery, he’s seen wearing a Michael Kors belt buckle. He enters the stores, approaches the clerks and pulls out a gun, demands money, and leaves. No one has been injured during these robberies.
