Wireless Robber Wanted in More Than a Dozen Robberies

The Baltimore FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is asking the public for help identifying a man they believe has robbed more than a dozen wireless stores in the Baltimore metro area. The first robbery was on May 12, and the most recent robbery was on June 13. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

Witnesses describe the robber as a black man with a light complexion, about 25 to 30-year-old, about 6’0” tall, with a slim build. He is usually wearing some sort of hoodie and sunglasses to disguise his identity. He flashed a pocket knife in one robbery but has only implied having a weapon in the others. He generally takes off with money from the stores, but he has stolen merchandise from a few stores.

  • May 17: Cricket, 5525 Harford Road, Baltimore
  • May 21: Boost Mobile, 1722 Rolling Road, Baltimore County
  • May 22: GO Wireless, 5510 Harford Road, Baltimore
  • May 24: Metro PCS, 5503 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore County
  • May 25: Cricket, 10203 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore County
  • May 28: Metro PCS, 1558 Havenwood Road, Baltimore
  • May 28: Sprint/Nextel, 7694 Belair Road, Baltimore County
  • May 29: GO Wireless, 5110 Harford Road, Baltimore
  • May 30: Boost Mobile, 322 Hospital Drive, Ann Arundel County
  • May 31: GO Wireless, 5110 Harford Road, Baltimore
  • June 1: Radio Shack, 917 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore County
  • June 7: Cricket, 5417 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore
  • June 10: Cricket, 7351 Assateague Drive, Howard County
  • June 13: Cricket, 2446 North Charles Street, Baltimore

If you have any information regarding the robberies or the robber, you are asked to call the Baltimore FBI at 410-265-8080. You could receive a reward of up to $5,000 for information lead to an arrest in these cases.

The Baltimore FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is made up of FBI agents, Baltimore City Police detectives, Baltimore County Police detectives, and Anne Arundel County Police detectives. They investigate significant violent crimes, including kidnappings, robberies of commercial institutions, armored car and bank robberies, extortions, and fugitive felons.
