  • Special Agent Stephen Emmett (404) 679-6451

ATLANTA—Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Lamkin requests the assistance of the public in identifying and locating the individual responsible for the November 22, 2010 robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1590 Scenic Hwy North, Snellville, Georgia.

On Monday, November 22, 2010, at 10:22 a.m., a lone black female entered the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1590 Scenic Hwy North, Snellville, Georgia, and presented the teller with a robbery demand note. The robber then departed the bank but a dye pack exploded, causing the robber to drop the bank money and leave it behind.

The robber is described as being a black female, age 25-35, medium build, and wearing a white bandage on the right side of her face as a possible disguise.

This female robber is believed to be responsible for the November 18, 2010 robbery of a BB&T in Lilburn as well as a Wells Fargo Bank in Redan Village.

Wells Fargo is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the capture and conviction of this individual responsible for these robberies.

Anyone with information regarding this matter should contact the Atlanta FBI at (404) 679-9000.
