The FBI and local police departments in New Mexico are looking for those responsible for committing five unsolved bank robberies in February 2016, one in February 2015, one in February 2014, and two in February 2013.

Although these robberies were previously publicized, the FBI is asking the public to take another look at the photos and descriptions (available at bankrobbers.fbi.gov) for the following bank robberies. Anybody with information should immediately contact the FBI at (505) 889-1300.

The FBI may pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a bank robbery suspect.

February 25, 2016

• New Mexico Bank & Trust, 9500 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Albuquerque
• Suspect description: Hispanic male, 5’6” to 5’8” tall, medium to heavy build; h wore a light-colored rubber Halloween mask, a camouflage long-sleeved shirt or jacket, a black hood over his head, green pants, and black military-style boots with the pants tucked in. He also wore blue latex gloves. The suspect got into the back seat of a silver hatchback or small SUV.

February 5 and 13, 2016

• Bank of America, 6201 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Albuquerque (February 5)
• Bank of America, 4201 Crestview Dr. SE, Rio Rancho (February 13)
• Suspect description: Hispanic male, 5’3” to 5’4”, about 30 years old, and a large build. He had a short, well-trimmed dark brown or black beard. He wore a gray or blue button-down long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, dark gloves, black shoes and a black beanie.
• He also is suspected in the January 29, 2016 robbery of Bank of America, 1704 NM Highway 528 NW, Albuquerque.

February 9, 2016

• US Bank, 1418 Carlisle Blvd. NE, Albuquerque
• Suspect description: Hispanic male, approximately 6’0” tall, with a stocky build. He wore black material over his face, sunglasses, a black jacket with a hood covering his head, dark pants, and dark gloves. He left in a white Honda Accord, possibly an early 90s model, with two other indivuduals.

February 1, 2016

• Washington Federal, 1301 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque
• Suspect description: Hispanic male, 5’9” to 6’ tall, with a large build. He wore sunglasses, a dark hooded sweatshirt, a dark baseball cap, dark pants and dark gloves and had gray material covering his face. He left the bank in a white SUV.

February 12, 2015

• Bank of the West, 5228 Central Ave. SW, Albuquerque
• Suspect description: Hispanic male, approximately 5’3” to 5’8” tall, in his 40s or 50s, with a medium to heavy build. He wore a green flannel shirt, brown shoes, dark jeans, a red wig, and a black baseball cap with the design of a pit bull’s head in white. He had a pockmarked face and tattoos on both hands. One of the tattoos was a black rectangle.

February 7, 2014

• Western Commerce Bank, 3310 National Parks Highway, Carlsbad
• Suspects description: Male suspect, tall, heavy set, possibly Hispanic. He wore a mask, red hoodie, and light-colored gloves. Female suspect was white or Hispanic, and slender. She wore a mask, dark gloves, a hooded green jacket with a red horizontal stripe, and blue jeans. They fled on a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle.

February 5, 2013

• Los Alamos National Bank, 77 Rover Blvd., White Rock
• Suspect description: Hispanic or Native American female, approximately 5’4” tall, late 20s to early 30s, 140 to 150 pounds. She wore a black jacket over a black hooded sweatshirt, which was layered over a gray hoddie. She also wore cold weather gloves. She had a mark under her left eye.

February 4, 2013

• Wells Fargo, 645 North Riverside Dr., Española
• Suspect description: Hispanic or Native American male, 5’4” to 5’9”, 30s or 40s, medium build. He wore a puffy tan winter coat, a stocking cap, and sunglasses. He was seen getting into the passenger side of an older-model tan or brown station wagon.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense, and the penalty increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
